Os started diving at the young age of eleven during a Red Sea Holiday in 1993. He immediately fell in love with it and during his teenage years he kept diving whenever he could, either abroad or in the close by mountain lakes in his home country, Austria.
He became a dive instructor in 2000 and moved to the Red Sea where he worked as a full time instructor. His passion for diving and the sea in general made him move to the UK in 2002 where he studied Underwater Science and quickly started to develop an interest for wreck diving.
As a Hydrographic Surveyor he is involved in seabed mapping around the globe and has taken part in several in professional underwater Archaeological projects in Europe and Asia.
Nowadays Osama spends a lot of his free time underground whether diving or dry caving. He is also a keen videographer as this gives him the opportunity to share his adventures with the non diving world.
Apart from his own diving Os loves to teach other divers and share his passion with them. He has been teaching divers for more than ten 10 years and enjoys to pass on his knowledge and experience to his students.
